Primarily worked on products related to TestMAX ATPG, TestMAX XLBIST, Boundary Scan ( 1149.1 ), DFTMAX.Worked on validation and testing of pattern porting tool ( STILGEN ) to allow core level patterns to be ported to top level. Preparation of the documentation for the same.Customer support and customer evaluations for TestMAX XLBIST, TestMAX SMS and TestMAX Access products. Debugging issues including ATPG bugs, simulation failures etc. and getting the tool fixes on time for the customer. Writing system verilog assertions for CDC waivers.
