Co-directing Ashoka University’s flagship year-long residential postgraduate programme that brings together ~100 high-potential Fellows annually for an intensive, interdisciplinary learning experience.Leading a 15-member team across Academic Affairs & Operations, Learning & Engagement, and Admissions & Outreach. The role involves oversight of curriculum pillars, experiential learning, fellow welfare, and institutional partnerships, as well as managing relationships with key university departments and external stakeholders. Instituted in 2011, the Young India Fellowship has a strong alumni network of ~2,400 individuals working across corporate, entrepreneurship, development, academia, and the arts.
