ABOUT ANUSHKA SHRIVASTAVA

A highly motivated and results-oriented sustainability professional, I currently serve as an Associate Manager at Vedanta Aluminium Limited. My academic foundation in sustainability management was cultivated through an MBA from IIFM Bhopal, providing me with a robust understanding of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) principles. During my academic tenure, I undertook pivotal internships, including a summer engagement with Hindustan Zinc Limited, where I gained practical experience in TNFD reporting, GRI Universal Standards, and GRI Mining Standards. Further, my winter internship at Zomato allowed me to delve into social sustainability, focusing on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives for persons with disabilities and the LGBTQ community. Additionally, I also interned with Envint, where I worked in conducting research on EU decarbonization and sustainable supply chain standards, as well as drafting BRSR reports for their clientele. Driven by a profound passion for sustainability, I am committed to continuous learning and staying abreast of the ever-evolving landscape of ESG. I am particularly interested in understanding the challenges, risks, and opportunities that sustainability presents to organizations, and I am dedicated to leveraging my expertise to drive positive change and foster responsible business practices.
