1. Senior Ux Researcher

   Addepar

   Mar 2025 — Present

   Leading user research to inform product development and user experience for Addepar Trading (a 0-1 product) and Navigator (a newly acquired product) Partnering with product and design leads to define and prioritize research roadmaps; ensuring that research aligns closely with product priorities Led major foundational studies (through remote contextual inquiry and task analysis) that helped the design, product, and engineering teams understand trader and investor user personas; translated findings to digestible artifacts such as user journey maps, updated personas, and jobs to be done.Planned a multi-phase research project to understand how users and employees learn our product; findings informed training and help content strategy that would help minimize client onboarding time and number of employee hours spent creating duplicate help documentation.Socialized themes from multiple studies to inform product directors’ strategy to integrate recently acquired \"add-on\" products with our core product and allow for a seamless user experience.Building our user research process and evangelizing the value of user research to XFN partners; developing partnerships with internal sales teams to recruit hard-to-reach users and educating designers about usability testing and our research repository.
