About Anushka Gupta

I’ve always been someone who looks beyond the numbers to understand what they actually mean for a business. I’m currently an ACCA with experience at HCLTech and EY GDS, where I’ve developed a strong base in financial reporting, audit, and compliance. My work so far has given me exposure to audit procedures, control testing, and financial analysis, along with a practical understanding of IFRS and regulatory requirements. During my time at EY GDS, I had the opportunity to work with global teams, contributing to audit and compliance tasks that required both attention to detail and the ability to work within tight timelines. It helped me understand how important accuracy, documentation, and clear communication are in real-world engagements. What I genuinely enjoy is: digging into financial data and making sense of it spotting inconsistencies and understanding why they exist improving processes, even in small but meaningful ways I’d describe my approach as structured, curious, and detail-oriented. I like to get things right, but also understand the bigger picture. At this stage, I’m looking to grow in roles across Audit, Risk, or Financial Reporting, ideally within a Big 4 firm or a strong global organization, where I can continue learning, contribute meaningfully, and build depth in my career.
