Hi! I’m a corporate lawyer, having 3+ years of post qualification experience in the legal field, with a specific focus on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and venture capital deals. I primarily work to align and balance legal strategies with business objectives and commercial requirements. My practice majorly encompasses providing end-to-end legal assistance on the life cycle of an investment deal. This ranges from assistance in due diligence (where I have advised extensively on matters related to employment compliance); to drafting and negotiating term sheets, transaction documents, and facilitating closure of such deals.I collaborate closely with institutional and strategic investors, including venture capital and private equity firms, as well as companies across various sectors, including fintech, e-commerce, consumer retail, healthcare, gaming, aerospace, defence and lifestyle. Prior to my current role, I was part of the legal vertical of an Indian tech MNC, where I largely worked on contract management and data privacy matters. By way of educational qualification, I hold a B.A. LL.B (Honours) degree from Symbiosis Law School in Pune. I am also enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council, and am licensed to practice law in India.
