Provide role-based training programs for product managers, designers, engineers, portfolio managers, straegists and program managers • Continuously improve the experience and content of the signature programs – Product Manager Now, Full stack developer training, Python Cerification program, Cross Product Lead and Product Transformation Bootcamp. • Collaborating with IT and other technical teams to ensure that training programs are aligned with the organization\'s digital strategy and goals • Make emerging topics more accessible through a series of talks “Tech-Ed” such as Edge, Digital Twin, Metaverse and digital ethics. • Using technology and data to personalize the learning experience for employees and to deliver training that is tailored to their specific needs and goals • Learning Month – a social learning initiative to accelerate the adoption of e-learning suites.
