Key Responsibili es: Internship Program Management • Manage the complete lifecycle of interns from selec on, document verifica on, internship le er issuance, on boarding, and induc on, to final handover to assigned mentors. • Conduct regular follow-ups and reviews of intern reports to assess performance and issue internship cer ficates. Learning & Development (L&D) • Collaborate with department heads to iden fy training needs that align with departmental goals and overall business objec ves. • Plan and organize training sessions by evalua ng and engaging qualified external trainers. • Ensure par cipa on by managing nomina on lists, tracking a endance, and gathering post-training feedback. • Conduct training effec veness assessments a er 45 to 60 days to measure learning outcomes and impact. Employee Engagement • Plan and execute monthly employee engagement ac vi es and team-building sessions to boost morale and inter-departmental collabora on. • Organize major events such as annual employee picnics, DPL (departmental cricket tournament), and Long Service Award programs for employees with 10 to 35 years of service. • Manage employee recogni on and felicita on programs throughout the year. Employee On boarding & HR Opera ons • Facilitate smooth on boarding of new employees, including crea on of ID cards, biometric face scan registra on, and induc on sessions.
