ABOUT ANUSHKA ALANDKAR
A psychology graduate student from Fergusson college, Pune. While exploring the sub-fields of psychology I have developed a great interest in industrial and organisational psychology. Currently I am pursuing masters in industrial psychology from Savitribai Phule Pune University. Passionate about understanding the intricacies of human behaviour, work places, dynamics of organisations,etc and their relation with one another. Through my knowledge and skills I want to contribute positively to enhance the work-life balance of employees as well as solve issues of both employees and organisations to help them reach new heights.My ultimate goal is to impact meaningfully to the work places as a whole and the single entities in it.On a personal note-I am a passionate kathak dancer. Exploring new places and meeting new people makes me happy!
