About Anushka

I am an Agriculture Postgrad student at Banaras Hindu University, India. With an interest in the science and art behind agricultural operations that go on and off field, I decided to dedicate my career to the same.The valuable skills of public speaking, research methodology, data analytics, critical thinking, team building, R-language and in depth knowledge of the subject matter that I now possess is the result of being a part of such a great University, under guidance of renowned faculty members and my professors.With the asset that is my knowledge and distinct skill set I am confident enough to broaden my subject knowledge by pursuing my masters in the field of Agricultural Economics.During my undergraduate program I worked closely with farmers on level zero which aided in my academic as well as personal growth & development. I also worked closely with lead scientists and social scientists in lab and on field which aided in enhancing my subject knowledge and brush my practical experience. I am an enthusiast admirer of all forms of art and happen to persuade many a few myself.I have spent most of my school and undergrad years participating in various public speaking and cultural activities. I have organized various fests and activities at Banaras Hindu University.

1. Founder (Ideation Stage) V4u (Vegan Health Based Drink)

   Conceptualised and developed a vegan based health drink startup, V4U~ YOUR VEGAN FRIEND FOR YOU, as a part of my undergraduate program at Banaras Hindu University.Successfully pitched at the startup idea at two major events: 1. 2nd position at B.H.U. Cultural Fest (U.G. Level)2. 3rd position at Agri Startup Conclave (P.G. Level)Key Responsibilities and Achievements: 1. Conduct market research to analyse consumer demand for plant based nutrition products. Designed a unique product formulation using locally sourced, sustainable ingredients.2. Developed a business model focusing on supply chain optimisation and direct linkages. Analysed the economic feasibility and cost structures for scaling the product.4. Collaborated with professors and Agri-business experts to refine the product strategies.V4U was developed with a vision to change the face of the Indian beverage market and promises to engage female farmers to increase their livelihood along with ensuring schooling to girl child.
