1. Senior Manager, Ar & Enterprise Product Operations

   I currently manage a team of Product Operations Managers within our Reality Labs products. My team supports products across across augmented reality, smarthomes, AI voice assistants, and wearable technology to drive developer efficiency efforts, product usage insights, and launch health. My team oversees a global vendor workforce (70-person size at peak) and leads cross-functional programming for end-to-end product development and quality. This includes running product improvements, escalations and alerting, regression management, machine learning implementation, release retrospectives, process automation, top issue identification, product roadmapping, experimentation tooling, beta testing, data and tooling improvements, metrics development and bug actionability. Previously, I have also overseen teams supporting launch quality for new product experimentation (our company\'s incubator program for new product concepts), smarthomes, Extended Reality (XR), and our cryptocurrency/Novi products.
