As soon as I came across the \"About\" section, an inner drive driven me to share my story of becoming a physical therapist. My journey in physical therapy and movement science began with a deep passion for rehabilitation and restoring function. Witnessing firsthand the power of physical therapy when my grandfather regained mobility after a severe injury, I was inspired to dedicate my life to helping others overcome physical limitations. I earned my Bachelor’s in Physiotherapy in Hyderabad, India, where I developed a strong foundation in the field. During my undergraduate years, I gained extensive hands-on experience in evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients, further solidifying my commitment to evidence-based care. Seeking to expand my expertise, I pursued a Master’s in Exercise Science at the University of Texas at Arlington (UTA). This advanced education has equipped me with the skills to bridge the gap between rehabilitation and performance training, ensuring that my patients receive comprehensive, science-backed care tailored to their unique needs. A defining milestone in my journey was becoming a licensed Physical Therapist in New York State. Achieving this credential has been a testament to my dedication and perseverance, allowing me to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a dynamic healthcare landscape. Throughout my career, I have worked with individuals facing neuromuscular disorders, orthopedic injuries, and chronic conditions, helping them regain function, independence, and confidence. My clinical experience, combined with my expertise in exercise science, has strengthened my ability to develop personalized rehabilitation programs that optimize movement, prevent injuries, and enhance overall well-being.
