Anusha is a dedicated, hard working and collaborative individual with very high agility to work within fast paced MNC working environment. She is passionate about learning breakthrough innovations in food technology and it’s sub functions like Quality and Food Safety, Analytical procedures and production technologies. Anusha has been a bright student throughout in her academics Gold Medalist and merit Holder in College, HSC and SSC examinations. She has been awarded the Best student awards at University and College levels multiple times which is the highest recognition for a student. She was been a part of Mars Internship experience followed by Mars Flagship programme for fresh graduates- Mars Leadership Experience. Where she has learnt and trained on Operations, Quality and Food Safety and Raw Material development of leading Pet Food Brands globally. Certified lead Auditor for FSSC version 6 and hands on experience in Production technology of dry pet food. Her generous contribution towards research and article writing have been in the field of sustainable agriculture and new product development. Winner of many Quiz competitions and model making state level awards. Represented her business idea among top 300 Agri India Start ups by My government India at National level, having her name registered under the India Book of records for 24 hour non stop online debate competition and Completed her internship-start up grant in aid seed stage funding programme successfully under the RKVY-RAFTAAR SCHEME. The journey of learning and hands on experience of the food sector is still ongoing.
