I’m a biotech scientist and collaborative leader with over 10 years of experience innovating drug delivery platforms and therapies across various therapeutic areas and drug modalities. I have a proven track record of spearheading innovative projects and developing cutting-edge nanoparticle technologies for drug and gene delivery.As a founding scientist, I’ve led platform development from concept to POC, built and led matrixed teams, managed cross-functional programs, and helped raise Series A funding through both scientific and operational leadership. I’ve also guided strategy, contributed to new product ideation, investor diligence materials, and IP planning.I\'m passionate about advancing therapeutic solutions through translating innovative scientific research.
