I am a Chief Human Resources Officer and Independent Director with senior leadership experience across technology, SaaS, and services organisations, partnering closely with CEOs, founders, CXOs, and boards on people strategy, organisation design, leadership effectiveness, and governance. I have led enterprise HR at scale for a employee global technology organisation across 21 locations, and have been consistently trusted with first-time organisational challenges—including building core functions, leadership pipelines, and operating models from inception. My work has focused on aligning talent, leadership capability, and organisational structure to business priorities during periods of growth and change. Over the last few years, I have worked as an Independent / Fractional CHRO, supporting founder-led and growth-stage organisations on- Organisation design and role clarity from first principles - Leadership hiring, succession readiness, and performance frameworks - Culture repair in complex contexts, including onsite–offshore trust breakdowns - Embedding behavioural expectations into performance, incentive, and governance systems I am the Founder & CEO of Safe Spaces Inc, a specialised organisation focused on workplace governance, leadership accountability, and ethical conduct.
