I owned the process of end-to-end recruitment which included:• Hiring plan : Together with hiring managers we established expected outcomes, budget, timelines and hiring process. Then we tracked plan\'s execution through consistent meetings and changed the process where necessary;• Sourcing : Through sourcing (LinkedIn, local job boards) and creative networking. For tracking candidates and hiring statistics I used ATS• Onboarding. After the candidate accepted the offer I collaborated with internal teams to support admin related issues. Regardless whether it was remote or on-site I set up all onboarding meetings making sure that new employees can dive into company\'s life smoothly.During this period of time I hired Software Engineers (Kotlin/Java, C++), QA engineers (manual and auto), DevOps/SRE engineers, Robotic Process Automation, Project manager, Business Analytics, Network engineers.
