I owned the process of end-to-end recruitment which included:• Hiring plan : Together with hiring managers we established expected outcomes, budget, timelines and hiring process. Then we tracked plan\'s execution through consistent meetings and changed the process where necessary;• Sourcing : Through sourcing (LinkedIn, local job boards) and creative networking. For tracking candidates and hiring statistics I used ATS• Onboarding. After the candidate accepted the offer I collaborated with internal teams to support admin related issues.
