Responsible for ensuring successful deployment of Compliance training via the Learning Management System (SAP SuccessFactors), executing all system-related aspects of training set-up, assignment, and reporting.• Manage end-to-end administration of online training courses, including uploading SCORM packages to LMS, testing course functionality, developing and executing curriculum strategy, set-up of assignment profiles/rules based on HR data attributes, and ongoing monitoring.• Operational lead and technical expert for all LMS-related activities for courses administered by the Compliance Training Team• Project manage online compliance training deployments to ensure workstreams stay on track, as well as an ability to closely collaborate with business stakeholders across the organization to resolve training administration-related issues.• Complex data analysis on training assignment as well as HR data, as needed to determine changes and/or improvements needed to optimize administration strategies.• Strategically manage audit / inspection / investigation requests related to training process and training records.• Drive process improvements that increase efficiency and effectiveness with ongoing administration operations.
