Anusha is a Research Associate, specialising in market research, economic analysis, industry insights, and technology transfer solutions. She mapped global companies in the hydrogen value chain with interests in India.She works on key industry reports and market assessments. She co-authored the Critical Minerals & Rare Earth Elements chapter in the Confederation of Indian Industry’s 2024 report on Advanced Materials, as well as the Sri Lanka: Market Assessment & Opportunities for UK Businesses.She also led a battery and energy transition minerals project (with a particular focus on battery anode active materials). She has also worked on the downstream segment of the critical minerals value chain for the UK-India Critical Minerals Virtual Observatory project which the University of Cambridge is leading. This includes recycling technologies for end-of-life lithium-ion batteries and other post-consumer batteries, as well as recovering key minerals from process waste during battery manufacturing. Beyond research, she actively collaborates with cross-functional teams, foreign governments, institutions, and national & international companies. She has played key roles in hosting high-level delegations, including the UK Tech Delegation to East India and the UK Advanced Manufacturing Delegation, representing the British Deputy High Commission and the UK Department for Business and Trade.She worked on a project on Carbon Tax and Carbon Trading and several market entry projects for UK exporters (under the UK Department of Business and Trade’s Export Support Service).She has completed working on a project on Opportunities and Gaps in Adoption of Circularity Solutions in India for Australia Trade and Commission. Beside this, she is engaged in a project of Potassium Fluoride Market and Uses in India and an Overview of the Global Market for a UK based fluorochemicals player.She is currently working in a trade facilitation project on multiple sectors in the MENA region.
