   Engaged in collaborative sessions with stakeholders, conducting user interviews for need-finding and documented insights utilizing Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for comprehensive analysis and reporting.• Utilized insights gathered to develop a comprehensive set of design artifacts, including sketches, storyboards, personas, user flows, wireframes, mock-ups, and journey maps using FigJam. • Facilitated collaborative brainstorming sessions with team members and applied user-centric methodologies, including card sorting and A/B testing techniques, to validate design decisions.• Applied typography, photography, color, and other design elements to craft innovative visual solutions aligned with both business and user requirements.• Produced low-fidelity wireframes utilizing InVision to present to users and iteratively refine design enhancements. Implemented user feedback to drive improvements in the design process. • Designed high-fidelity wireframes for GPC B2B business (PPSE) by leveraging the existing corporate system design within Figma. • Actively engaged in user testing sessions to capture and analyze quantitative metrics.
