I was born, brought up and completed my schooling in a small town in Karnataka. I love to read, travel and sing. I believe in giving back to the community and making a difference, hence occasionally volunteer for social good. I have 6+ years of experience in Assurance practice. Currently working as an Audit Senior at Moss Adams India. Listed below are some of my professional highlights at EY GDS: • As a GDS senior, handled the audit of a complex heavy volume engagement with 100+ funds and 3500+ hours, financials prepared in accordance with IFRS • Majorly experienced in Irish clients and the end-to-end audit of the Netherlands engagements (prepared under Dutch GAAP) with various audit approaches (Control reliance, substantive only) • Performed the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for some of the new tools making sure they are ready to launch. Also have been a part of the pilot group of the new applications implementation. • Buddying/training the junior team members- Experience in significant areas such as cash and portfolio testing, Dividend testing, Purchases and sales testing, Cost relief testing, RGL testing, Share capital testing Start-up experience (June 2021 – December 2021): I always wanted to have the taste of starting up something on my own. I tried a hand in E-Commerce Print On Demand Drop shipping business Model (B2C) where I set up an online store from the scratch, design research and adding the product to the store, collaborated with the supplier for fulfilment, set up the payment gateway, online marketing, handled the customer support etc as a solopreneur. Even though the store was not active for long, I loved every bit of the process!
