Conduct routine and complex analyses using LCMS and HPLC techniques for various sample matrices. • Perform preparative HPLC (Prep HPLC) to isolate and purify target compounds from mixtures. • Develop, optimize, and validate analytical methods for qualitative and quantitative analysis. • Perform sample preparation, data collection, and interpretation of chromatographic results. • Troubleshoot instruments and assays to ensure efficient workflow and quality results. • Document experimental procedures, results, and data analysis in compliance with laboratory standards. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in method development and problem-solving. • Maintaining and calibrating LCMS, HPLC, and associated laboratory equipment to ensure high-quality performance. • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory guidelines during all lab operations. • Master’s in Analytical Chemistry, or a related field. • 6 years of hands-on experience with LCMS, HPLC, and Prep HPLC in a research or laboratory setting. • Strong understanding of chromatographic principles and mass spectrometry. • Proficiency in data analysis software and interpreting chromatographic results. • Experience in method development, troubleshooting, and instrument maintenance. • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to work effectively within a team. • Experience working in a regulated environment (e.g, GLP/GMP). • Knowledge of additional analytical techniques or laboratory instrumentation.
