Conduct comprehensive testing of raw materials, in-process samples, finished products, and stability samples using instrumental methods (HPLC, UHPLC, GC, NIR, moisture analyzer, LOD oven, pH meter) and wet chemistry techniques in compliance with GMP/GLP, compendial (EP), and in-house standards. Develop, validate, and transfer analytical methods across departments and to external partners, ensuring method robustness, regulatory alignment, and clear documentation. Lead instrument troubleshooting and maintenance, ensuring calibration and system readiness per SOPs, and resolving procedural or mechanical issues to minimize downtime. Conduct aflatoxin and microbiological testing, including microscopic identification of biological components,maintaining strict data integrity and traceability standards. Interpret analytical results and prepare technical reports, supporting batch release, stability programs, and client submissions with accurate, audit-ready documentation. Maintain a safe and clean laboratory environment, including glassware washing, inventory control, equipment calibration. Train and support laboratory personnel, providing guidance on testing procedures, instrumentation,documentation standards, and regulatory compliance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, QA, Manufacturing, Regulatory) to support investigations, method transfers, and process improvements. Perform other related duties as assigned to meet production timelines, project goals, and regulatory expectations.
