ELOP stands for Expanded Learning Opportunities Program, created with the goal to provide a safe and enriching environment for young students to grow and learn. My position requires for me to supervise and engage anywhere between 15- 50 students, aged between 4 and 12 in their daily activities within Irvine Unified School District\'s ELOP.
