1.) Review of the drawings, viability of the RFQ, and cooperation with CFT. 2.) Optimising welding parameters for aluminium welding. Completed welder and procedure qualificationfor Inconel 718, 625, aluminium 5088, and 6061 in accordance with AWS D17.1.3.) Successfully selected and optimised the heat treatment cycle for inconel parts. 4.) Welding paperwork preparation, including WPS, PQR, WPQR, Manufacturing Technological Sheet(MTS), Control Plan, PFD, and so forth. 5.) Provided instruction and training on how to weld aluminium to welding operators. 6.) Resistance spot welding is suggested for future projects so that it can be done internally. 7.) Learned how to use Solid Works software for 2D drafting and 3D modelling.8.) Successfully completed the NADCAP audit.
