ABOUT ANUPAMA SRINIVASA GOBALAN

I accepted my first job in healthcare without realizing the office was 75 miles away, one direction. I spent hours in LA traffic every day, fueled entirely by a hunger to learn the industry and contribute to something meaningful. That was 2006.Nineteen years later, I am grateful I did not give up in those first few months. My career has taken me across nearly every corner of healthcare. I started in medical management, grievances and appeals, and large-scale data migrations. From there, I moved into building portals and technology platforms that support core payer operations.Over time, I shifted my focus to technology and products for clinicians and care teams, and that is where I truly found my calling. I thrive in environments where I can get to the root of a problem, shadow clinicians, understand gaps firsthand, and reimagine the tools they need. The most rewarding part of my work is designing and delivering solutions that make care delivery better, reduce friction, and improve the daily lives of both providers and patients. Real innovation, to me, is solving an everyday problem in a way that feels intuitive and empowering.Beyond work, I recharge through creative outlets like photography, capturing small moments that bring joy and perspective.I love meeting people who build, challenge, and innovate.
