About Anurup Guha
I am a Senior Acoustic Engineer, working within the Hardware team with focus on Acoustic/Ultrasonic Sensor design, validation, performance root-cause analysis and testing for our current and future products. My expertise pertains to novel acoustic sensor design, MEMS mics and speaker selection and validation, micophone arrays, accelerometers, planning and execution of laboratory tests and audio data analysis through customized MATLAB/Python routines, and ultrasonic waves based human and structural health monitoring. Majority of my work involves: optimizing acoustic design by developing high fidelity multiphysics models for initial conceptual design and design trade-off studies, signal processing and automating scripts, audio test setup development and testing inside anechoic chamber, as well as guiding and working with Tier-1 vendors during the entire sensor development cycle. Being an instrumentalist, musical acoustics is of personal interest to me.
