ABOUT KIRILL ANUROV

I am a Senior Director in the Disputes & Investigations practice of Alvarez & Marsal, based in London. Over the last 17 years, I have worked across financial advisory, valuation and forensic disciplines, with a focus on contentious and commercial valuations. I am a CFA charterholder and a chartered accountant, highly numerate and well versed in financial modelling, analytical reporting and problem solving to help clients identify, value and make decisions about capital allocation and improving investment returns. I speak native Russian and limited German, in addition to English.Most recently, I have been engaged as a testifying expert (and gave evidence) and supported other testifying experts within the firm, on issues of valuation and accounting. My industry experience covers a wide range, across Energy, Mining, TMT, Construction & Capital Goods, Consumer Products and Financial Services. Examples from my recent experience in the expert evidence space include- quantum of losses in relation to an ICSID matter in the Telecom space ($2.0bn)- quantum of losses for an LCIA arbitration, in the context of termination of distribution contracts ($0.4bn)- advisory work for a QC on an LCIA case involving Eastern European UHNWIs ($0.1bn)- pre-transaction analysis of multiples in M&A context ($1.0bn)- preliminary investment opinion for a family office looking to invest into non-conventional energy projects ($0.1bn).
