   Allocation of sponsor invoices in accordance with sponsor contracts: Time and Material, Pass Through Expense to the Invoicing analysts.•Ensuring accurate and timely Intercompany invoicing.•Oversee that complete and accurate invoice files and status tracking are maintained.•Facilitate project manager approval process.•Provide support to project analysts and project managers regarding sponsor invoice questions as necessary.•Guide invoicing analyst on research Travel & Expense or sponsor contract issues as requested.•Oversee and guide Time & Expense specialist on audit of expense sheet for compliance with Clinipace reimbursement policies. Also to guide T&E specialist with regard to follow up with employees and contractors regarding non-compliance with reimbursement policies or miscoding of expenses.•Review the T&E policy at regular intervals for identifying any need for changes in the policy. Inform stakeholders and initiate changes once approval is obtained from them. Once the policy is approved the T&E specialist need to be informed of the changes.•Ensure that the time sheet upload is undertaken as and when a request comes and it should be completed within the turn around time (TAT).•Time sheet administration.•Monitor T&E support in-box and respond to associate and contractor inquires.•Ensure timely and accurate processing of expense sheet payments to independent contractors and associates in accordance with policies.
