For a global wind turbine manufacturing leader, I directed a cross-functional analytics initiative spanning millions of records across outage, movement, and work-order databases. The work uncovered systemic delay drivers, reshaped performance accountability, and introduced a data-driven chargeback model that transformed outage governance — generating $12M+ in annual savings and redefining how project efficiency is measured at scale. For a North American electric utility serving millions of customers, I architected algorithms analyzing real-time smart-meter data from 1.5 million endpoints at five-minute intervals to automate reliability KPIs (CEMI, SAIFI, SAIDI), detect network connection mismatches, and quantify reliability performance across every level of the grid. The resulting AI-powered outage-intelligence platform now enables data-backed investment prioritization, proactive reliability management, and has delivered $4M+ in cost efficiencies while improving system data accuracy by 8%.
