I help organizations move beyond digital transformation — to become AI-first enterprises that can reimagine how work, value, and decisions flow. As former COO and Global Delivery Leader at Genpact, I led enterprise-scale digital, AI, and analytics initiatives for financial institutions. Earlier, as President of Magic FinServ, I incubated and scaled multiple ventures including Magic EdTech and MagicBox, and drove innovation in AI-led solutions for buy-side firms and FinTechs. At headstrong Capital Markets, I expanded operations across APAC and strengthened key accounts. My foundational leadership years at Goldman Sachs and Bank of America were marked by building compliance platforms and investment management tools at scale.I now work as an independent strategic advisor helping CXOs, boards, and founders redesign their operating models, governance frameworks, and talent playbooks for the age of intelligent systems.My current portfolio includes:Startup Ecosystem: Advising AI product companies like Tracfox (reg-tech compliance engine) and Endee (Building vector database for speed, scale and efficiency).Financial Services & GCC Advisory: Partnering with global firms and GCCs to reimagine business models for new-age reality, refining GTM strategy and building future-ready operating rhythm.Academic Impact: Teaching Fundamentals of Business and Entrepreneurial Leadership at Shiv Nadar University and Plaksha University, helping students develop AI-era decision skills and entrepreneurial leadership mindsets.I also lead Cognitive Reset Consulting, a platform dedicated to helping organizations and individuals reset how they think about work, learning, and leadership in the age of AI.I believe the next decade belongs to leaders who reimagine, not just automate — who can see AI as an instrument of judgment, creativity, and purpose, not just productivity.
