As former COO and Global Delivery Leader at Genpact, I led enterprise-scale digital, AI, and analytics initiatives for financial institutions. Earlier, as President of Magic FinServ, I incubated and scaled multiple ventures including Magic EdTech and MagicBox, and drove innovation in AI-led solutions for buy-side firms and FinTechs. At headstrong Capital Markets, I expanded operations across APAC and strengthened key accounts.
