SEABIRD DB-01 Phase IIA is part of India\'s largest naval infrastructure development program at Karwar, Karnataka. The project involves the construction of naval operational infrastructure, residential facilities, roads, water supply systems, and allied works for enhancing the strategic defense capabilities of the Indian Navy.Roles and Responsibilities:1. Preparation and verification of Client RA Bills and Subcontractor Bills as per contract specifications.2. Maintaining quantity records as per construction drawings and on-site measurements.3. Coordinating with site engineers and planning teams for monthly progress reporting and cost tracking.4. Responsible for reconciliation of materials like steel, cement, and bitumen.5. Assisting in the preparation of Work Orders and Purchase Orders for subcontractors and suppliers.6. Ensuring compliance with CPWD/MoD/IS/MORTH specifications and project quality standards.7. Tracking project billing progress against BOQ and DPR.8. Using tools such as MS Excel, AutoCAD, and ERP software for quantity take-offs and reporting.
