About Anurag Sharma
I started my journey as a software developer fresh out of my college campus and worked with leading Indian industrial and consumer products group in telecom and finance domain for 3 years. But life totally changed when I got a little exposure to design. Soon I realised, design has the potential to make or break a business! The entrepreneur within me was ready to take the plunge and I joined baby UX team within my organisation.Today, I am a Certified Usability Analyst (CUA) and Certified User Experience Analyst (CXA) professional having 13+ years of intensive experience in UX design and implementation. I started my design career with healthcare domain and gained strong expertise in healthcare workflows for EMR/EHR, Patient/ Member Engagement applications, Claims/contract Management, Analytic dashboards for Medical & Non-Medical users to manage quality of healthcare services being delivered and hospital utilisation. Currently, I am working in no-code/low-code domain in an enterprise application space with expertise in security, decision making and adoption services.
