Over the past decade, my professional journey has centered around building and steering proficient Data Science teams that can deliver Data Science and Machine Learning solutions. I have had the opportunity to do this both in product and service companies. My journey, on this topic, started with the development of AI-powered Machine Vision products designed for Eye Disease diagnosis, a project that we had a chance to execute in a startup environment. Subsequently, my focus shifted to devising Machine Learning strategies for Demand Forecasting and Recommendation Systems during my tenure at BigBasket. Currently, at Nagarro, I\'ve been instrumental in establishing and managing a business unit dedicated to Data Sciences, Big Data, and AI. This initiative, started from scratch, now successfully drives profit outcomes.
