I am a seasoned generalist with 6+ years experience across technology, policy, and product management with an interdisciplinary education in engineering and liberal arts. I am currently looking out for Chief of Staff/Founder\'s Office roles at high impact and early-mature scaling startups to leverage my unique skills and contribute to the macro of an organisation. Most choices in my life have been shaped by a desire to contribute to ’s growth story, and I am keen to work with startups and orgs that are addressing \'s unique challenges and little bit more about myself Currently, I\'m using my break to read, write, and explore ideas that can contribute meaningfully to India’s growth story. Additionally, I\'m upskilling and assisting a few early-stage startups on a pro-bono basis, while also training for a half-marathon.My career, so far, has been defined by two themes - Founder and Exec Support: I have actively supported leaders and founders in fintech, policy research, and multimedia, driving strategic and operational initiatives and managing special projects.Adaptability and Impact: Across three diverse sectors, I’ve thrived in high-stakes roles without prior experience – which needed me to quickly adapt, learn, and leverage first principles to consistently deliver successful, high-quality outcomes.Most recently, as a part of Dinero’s founding team, I played a multifunctional role—driving product strategy and execution, leading hiring efforts, contributing to establishing strategic BFSI partnerships, and ensuring customer success. Successfully grew the team from 4 to 15 members and acquired 10K+ users.Prior to that, my work in technology policy research at the Observer Research Foundation focused on issues in fintech, edtech, data governance, and the regulation of digital public infrastructure. I also assisted the leadership in driving special projects with the World Bank and Gates Foundation and in setting up the Centre for New Economic Diplomacy—a joint venture between the Government of the UK and ORF.Writing is a strong passion, and I have had the privilege of having my work featured in The Times of India and Live Mint’s Mint Genie, among other publications.Alongside my interest in tech, I also have an insatiable curiosity for economics and contemporary Indian history.At some point in my life, I definitely hope to author a book that tells a unique story of and from India.
