I am a Senior Executive and a technology enthusiast with a proven track record of transforming businesses and building high performance teams. My passion lies at the intersection of Innovation, Strategy, and Leadership. My core expertise includes Organizational change-management, New Product Development, Agile transformation, Strategic Portfolio creation, high-impact strategies, Organization design, M&A, New Business Development, and grooming a strong talent pipeline.In my present role as the Vice President of Global R&D for the Data Center Systems division at Schneider Electric, I lead a strong global team consisting of over 250 members and a $60 million annual budget to create highly differentiated hardware and software solutions for Data Centers, Smart Buildings, and Process Industries, helping customers to achieve Resiliency, Sustaibility, Efficiency, Scalability, Automation and higher Ppower Density. Digitization, My achievements include- Shaped the vision of new innovative game-changing platforms and inspired the organization to rally behind this vision. Successfully launched three new differentiated and profitable platforms by Agile execution with continuous customer engagement, increasing Vitality Index (Percentage of Revenue from NPIs) from 9% to 21%- Achieved YoY business growth by launch of new platform to monetize the installed base with monitoring, services, Assets under management, and subscriptions-based business model e.g, EaaS, SaaS, IaaS etc- Built the Innovation Accelerator Center by leveraging the internal and external ecosystems of startups, universities, and incubator labs.Regarding my academics, I have - An MS in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from the University of Hartford, CT USA- An MBA in Entrepreneurship and High-Tech Management from D\'Amore-McKim School of Business (Northeastern), Boston, MA, USA- Executive Management Certificate in Innovation Management from MIT Sloan and in Transformational Leadership from INSEAD, Paris, France.After traveling to more than 50 countries and living in 4 different ones, I can naturally build trust and productive relationships at all levels of an organization, and I excel in bringing out the best in diverse teams across functions, cultures, ethnicities, and geographies to foster a customer-centric Innovation culture and growth mindset.
