As design lead for 2 teams, I represent the voice of the user in the task of strategically redesigning Lightspeed\'s reporting vertical. Restaurant owners use reports to understand & analyze their day-to-day and trends. I\'ve completely redesigned the reporting experience to help users understand their business. Apart from basic reports, I\'ve spearheaded design of a state-of-the-art ML powered Benchmarks & Trends report where restaurant owners can compare their key metrics with their market pool.At Lightspeed I work with product and design leadership, engineers, data science, marketing and customer-facing teams to lean into value-driven design. I value my team\'s time and make my process up when its needed.Lastly, I mentor designers break down abstract problem statements, present to stakeholders and help them get better towards honing their craft.
