I am responsible for defining roadmap, vision, and execution for the Software Power Lab (SPL) at NVIDIA, focusing on both GPU and SOC (System-on-Chip) architectures. My responsibilities include: • Detailing requirements for Power Profiling of GPUs and SOCs for various use cases and features in collaboration with software and hardware teams. • Designing and developing software tools and utilizing hardware tools to effectively perform Power Profiling on each new GPU and SOC architecture. • Analysing and researching power profiles of GPUs and SOCs to identify opportunities for performance-per-watt improvements and power savings. • Correlating power profiles of GPUs and SOCs with pre-silicon and post-silicon expectations to ensure accurate power estimation. • Developing tools to monitor and identify software power regressions before and after the release of GPU and SOC products. • In addition to my focus on GPU architectures, I have expanded my expertise to encompass SOC architectures, allowing me to provide comprehensive power profiling and optimization solutions for both GPU and SOC platforms.\'
