ABOUT ANURAG VERMA

As a Human Resources Specialist at Toyota Motor Manufacturing Canada, I am responsible for managing the attendance audit system, administering exit formalities, attendance documentation, and other HR tasks. I have a postgraduate degree in Human Resources Management and Services, and I am a candidate for the Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation and a member of the Human Resources Professionals Association (HRPA). I have over seven years of hands-on experience in various aspects of HR processes, including recruitment and selection, onboarding, learning and development, performance management, employee engagement, benefits administration, exit interviews, people communication, and HR helpdesk. I am proficient in HRIS management and have successfully completed multiple certifications in compensation and benefits, strategic human resources, and recruiting for in-house recruiters. I have also managed business-sensitive and confidential projects, such as compensation and benefits benchmarking and salary review. My mission is to provide effective and efficient HR solutions that align with the organizational goals and values.
