   Finance Lead for Amazon’s Global Benefits Finance team, overseeing an annual budget and spend of approximately $12 Billion dollars across 60+ countries as the primary POC for 70+ program managers. Thriving in a cost-savings environment built around transparency and controllership for Amazon’s internal stakeholders.• Primary Business partner for the Benefits Organization, providing support in RFPs and business proposals by way of financial modelling and scrutiny around plan design and enhancements.• Built an agentic solution leveraging Claude Sonnet with assistance from an internally built, excel - based Model Context Protocol (MCP). This agent rapidly developed and debugged a Python-based financial automation system for Amazon\'s Benefits Monthly Financial Review (MFR), implementing sophisticated data mapping logic, validation tools, and dynamic date-driven processing across multiple employee classes and programs.• Preparer of the MFR which consists of a multi-page narrative highlighting our stakeholder organization’s headcount, operating expenses, and program performances for Benefits tech and Benefits non-tech programs.• Coach and mentored, a team of 2-3 analysts, comprised of full-time employees and contractors/temps. • Developed automated financial reporting of Amazon’s global benefits program, the “Cost Pools”.• Create automated reporting that provides enrollment percentages, spend versus plan/forecast, and per employee per month (PEPM) costs leveraging SQL by extracting data from various datalakes, transforming these into visualizations in PowerBI/Tableau/QuikSuite.• Wrote scripts in Python to automate manual, repetitive task that ranged from invoicing to adjusting forecast drivers.
