Job Responsibilities (Vacuum Distillation Section Engineer – DCS )1) Monitoring and controlling 5 vacuum distillation columns (including 4 in series) via DCS.2) Responsible for separation of PNCB, ONCB, MNCB, DNCB, and MCB from crude NCB Mixture, ensuring desired product purity and composition.3) Ensuring smooth and continuous operation of vacuum distillation columns & Performing field troubleshooting4) Carrying out and supporting maintenance activities in the vacuum distillation section.5) Monitoring and regulating Process Steam (PRS) supply to columns section.6)Maintaining daily shift logbooks, production reports, and documentation as per standard procedures.
