About Anurag R Gharde
I am a Graduate Agricultural Engineer currently working as a Graduate Apprentice Trainee at Mahyco, with a strong foundation in farm mechanization, seed processing, and agricultural machinery testing.During my B.Tech in Agricultural Engineering at Jawaharlal Nehru Krishi Vishwavidyalaya, I gained hands-on training at CTTI Budhni (tractor testing & evaluation) and CIPHET Ludhiana (post-harvest technology & machinery). I also completed an industrial internship at Unnati Grading and Flour Mill, where I worked on the entire seed processing chain—drying, cleaning, grading, gravity separation, seed treatment, packaging, and storage.My research on a multiple-role mechanism for a dual-side shaper machine strengthened my problem-solving and design skills. Alongside academics, I developed leadership qualities as an NCC Sergeant (C Certificate holder) and captain of my college cricket team.
