   Performed full life-cycle of Onboarding process recruiting which includes: W-2 candidates I-9 process, Clients docs, banking details audit, Candidate database, and All-new hire paperwork. Helping vendors and candidates of the USA get set up with Rose and complete their onboarding. I have 3.6 years of experience in BGV Domestic ( India ) & US Onboarding (C2C and W-2) and Vendor Management.Building a candidate database of potential candidates to meet future requirements.Well-versed in the areas of New hire paperwork, Onboarding, and Background check, Drug tests.Excellent verbal and written communication skillsHandle all queries of candidates related to Onboarding paperwork.1. Initiate the Vendor approval process through Rose.2. Supports the new hire through the process of joining the organization.3. Initiate the Background checks through A-Check, Hire Right, Sterling, ESS, MIS, Accurate, Orange Tree, Source Logic, etc depending on the client\'s requirements4. Sending the paperwork through the online portal link to update all onboarding paperwork.5. Inform the candidate about the documents and explains to the candidate, if faces any challenges.6. Address new hires and vendor-related queries 7. Setup the lab appointments for the candidates to take Drug Tests via different agencies.8. Responsible for coordination with the lab to schedule the appointments.9. Maintains the records of the new hires in the excel sheet.10. Gather essential new hire paperwork (E.g. I-9, Tax Forms, etc.)11. Doing E-Verification of a candidate before or on the date of joining.12. Taking care of vendor\'s queries about any information regarding candidate bg & dt.13. I am also involving the full W-2 & C2C onboarding process for lots of Rose\'s clients.14. I am doing a checklist for newly hired candidates onboarding candidates.
