Lead organization wide GRC initiatives by mentoring project managers and translating security controls into clear, actionable guidance for non-technical stakeholders- Conduct security risk assessments for 15+ projects across 12 cross-functional departments, identifying vulnerabilities and recommending mitigation controls aligned with NIST CSF and CIS Critical Security Controls- Document and maintain quarterly access review procedures and incident response SOPs across departments, strengthening governance processes and supporting risk management and compliance initiatives- Maintain enterprise risk registers and track remediation of identified security risks and control gaps across departments, strengthening governance oversight and enterprise risk management within the GRC program.
