As an end-to-end IT delivery leader, I spearheaded several automation programs by liaising with key stakeholders and the technology team. While doing so, I performed KPI reviews and monthly status reporting on operational performance and risk to C-level leadership. Presently, I am facilitating $6M in ROI while supervising a $2M budget to direct 80+ automation projects related to AI, ML, RPA, and cognitive analytics. To streamline the automation product portfolio, I manage a Six Sigma process re-engineering team and implement development best practices, including ITIL, CI/CD, and DevOps. Below are some of the major initiatives that I led during this role:1) I forecasted the eligibility of Medicaid applicants by designing and converting conversational AI into text analytics using LUIS and Azure speech APIs. As a result, I accelerated the process and decreased expenses by $500K. The project was showcased US-wide at the Medicaid Enterprise Systems Conference (MESC).2) I developed an AI automation that used NLP to discern key insights on Medicaid RPFs and RFIs. By automating such labor-heavy operations, I expedited project bidding and cut SGNA costs by $300K.3) I implemented supervised learning as well as classification and regression modeling to formulate a healthcare digital assistant based on conversational AI. This allowed clients to automate data gathering for Medicaid filing and strengthen their regulatory adherence procedures.I consistently boosted staff performance by conducting one-on-one coaching sessions and devising leadership- and communication-focused goals.
