Championed Agile leadership programs for cultural transformation.Key Achievements: Introduced Fleet Management Systems (FMS) integration with remote supervision platforms enhancing real time visibility and productivity. Authored a patent and used the process to implement AI/ML-based blasting optimization, improving recovery and reducing costs. Delivered 10% EBITDA growth and integrated sustainability initiatives aligned with Tata Steel’s net-zero roadmap. Championed Diversity and inclusion of Women and Transgenders in core operations and PWDs in support functions.
