   In my project experience at Deloitte, I have been involved in 4 implementations and 2 support projects. In my current project, I am working on ECC Implementation/Data Migration/Rollout. I have led the SAP MM team in 2 implementations and the SAP Logistics team in 1 support project, successfully performing Go-live in 2 implementation projects. For the S/4 HANA SCM Project for Google LLP, I handled the Procurement, Inventory Management, and Logistics Modules. I have excelled in business requirement gathering and evaluation, identifying key requirements, and providing solutions in S/4 implementation. I have worked with teams to identify improvement opportunities, report business flows, block diagrams, and process data. I have also contributed to presentation preparation for various sessions. In terms of analysis and documentation, I have identified WRICEFW objects, conducted Fit/Gap Analysis, and created key requirement and change impact lists. Notable successes include leading the MM team for successful GO-live of LSS Phase-1, 2 & 3 in the Schlumberger Project, implementing a Greenfield S/4HANA Project within stipulated timelines in the Google LCC Project, streamlining logistics issues and reducing PGI fallouts (~$2M) in the HPE Project, resolving defects on WRICEF objects and creating DVR on JAMS Material Master & Purchase Price CDR in the Sony Playstation Project, and resolving 900+ incidents, 50+ P2’s, 12+ ERs, leading client escalations & major incidents in the HPE Support Project. In the KCS Operate Project, I led the STP Operate Team, reducing the overall incident count from 22 to 6, and RITM counts from 8 to 3, and resolving cycle counting & stuck PRs.
