Qualified Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary and a graduate from Shaheed Bhagat Singh College, Delhi University. Currently working as Lead, M&A with OFB Tech (Ofbusiness). After 3-year internship in the field of international and corporate tax domain, post qualification I shifted my focus to M&A/ Transactions at EY.
