Psychology, to me, is a way of understanding human experiences with depth and empathy. As rehabilitation Psychologist, I’m passionate about applying psychological insights in real-world settings—both clinicall, rehabilitation services and through psychoeducation.My experience spans clinical exposure in hospital settings, conducting assessments, observing therapeutic processes, and understanding diverse mental health conditions. Alongside this, I engage in mental health advocacy through workshops for adolescents and content creation that simplifies complex concepts using analogies and memory aids.I believe in a form of psychology that is not only evidence-based but also accessible, preventive, and deeply human.
